Krewe of King Arthur & Merlin

Founded in 1977 on the West Bank, King Arthur now parades on New Orleans' Uptown route. The Krewe of King Arthur's 250+ members are best known for their afternoon parade on the first Sunday of Mardi Gras, commonly known as "family Sunday". This Krewe celebrated its 30th Anniversary with dozens of marching units (floats, bands, etc.), which make up the King Arthur procession.
