heading home to celebrate again for Mardi Gras 2011. I have made it back home since 1986 and continue to do so today. Mardi Gras 2011 what a way to begin the new season or returning to the Big Easy for the festivals. Local Native who reside in a foreign country. Hello people of Algiers/ Lower 9th Ward here we come again from France, Holland and Germany to celebrate.
